Sportster Scrambler - More parts

Plan was to use a Triumph Scrambler muffler, but shocks push it way outboard and looked pretty bad. Ran out of time and talent to build something else just about the same time RSD released their new two into one upswept pipe. They pulled this one off of a display for me.

Oh yeh, I love the look. Pipe is all stainless with a carbon tip. Can not wait to hear it! Super secret skid plate in place as well!

Scored PM calipers for it too. I worked at PM years ago and love their stuff. Have yet to ride a Harley they didn't get better with a set of Performance Machine calipers on it.

Coated pulley mounted up on the Ride Wright wheel. Loctite is mandatory for pulley bolts. Without it the torque of the motor will loosen them up enough to shear the heads off on the swing arm. Not that I'd know.

V&H filter and Dyno Jet kit to match suck with the new RSD blow.

Dynojet has their shit sorted. Even the drill bits are included and instructions are dumb guy proof.

Speaking of dumb guy, disc did not want to come out of the stock wheel and I broke off a Torx. Luckily the broken piece came right out and a new Torx combined with a little hammer coaxing solved the issue.

Really hope the bodywork is done soon...
