My buddy John built this one in my garage and helped build my Scrambler. Early flat fender with a GM 4.3 and TH350. Thing was unstopable.
Not even sure where we are in this one. Updated paint scheme stayed true to the origin of the rig. This was before dedicated rock crawlers, so it was street legal, but pretty scary after about 40 mph.
TDS in Ocotillo Wells. John showing us greenhorns how it's done. We lost him to lung cancer a few years later. He left a legacy of cool, a wife, a daughter and I suspect none of us will ever fill the void in our lives. Godspeed Mr. Bagby, you are missed more than you'll ever know.
