1973 Bus Project

Motor build - Just the beginning. 

Scored a Vanagon 2L and trans super cheap (first few years of Vanagon used same motor as last year of bus). Trans isn't much use for a Bay, but it's the 6 rib the buggy guys love and I'll off it later to help fund the project. Motor was supposedly rebuilt by VW (stickers on it concur) and within 30 days it was wrecked. No idea how long it has sat around, but at least it was buttoned up. Seems to turn free, so I'll get it on a stand and strip it down this weekend to get the real story.
